"The stay was great. The food was ok, seasoning could’ve been better. The bar and drinks were amazing. The front desk was amazing and Michael was a great host. The hotel called for transportation whenever we needed it. All the staff were amazing and kind. There were small ants in our room but it wasn’t a problem."

"Place was beautiful and immaculate. We had one king bedroom ocean front unit. Full American buffet breakfast was included. Balcony faced ocean and had cushioned lounge chairs with terrycloth covers that were changed daily. Unit was checked and cleaned twice daily. Was very quiet. Was offseason and we pretty much had the beach and pool to ourselves. Beach was wide with white sand and clear calm water. One of the prettiest beaches in Caribbean. Resort staff setup your padded lounge chairs with terrycloth covers and umbrellas. Floats and other play items were provided at no cost. Pool was super nice again with cushioned lounge chairs with terrycloth covers and umbrellas. Resort was convenient to town and restaurants but you really need to rent a car for transportation. It was a challenge driving on the left side of the road in a car with steering wheel on right. Resort staff were excellent, super friendly and accommodating. No tip solicitation whatsoever. The resort restaurant food was excellent but expensive. All food there was very expensive. The seafood there is excellent, much better than the states. This is great place to go for R&R. Not lot of sites to see. Mostly water boat tours around the island, snorkeling, parasailing, etc. Its a beautiful place for a couple to go to relax and spend time together. Make sure you bring sunscreen. Spray cans there cost $30+. I would definitely recommend West Bay Club"

"We had an incredible experience from booking to checkout! The Villas are located in an area that allows you privacy, but the convenience of still being close to dining, and other necessities. The check in and check out process were super simple, and they even made slight accommodations to help us when we had a flight delay. The villa has everything you might need in the kitchen if you choose to prepare meals there. We especially enjoyed the ability to walk steps off our sidewalk onto a beautiful beach, with included loungers, and water activity toys. Host response was always prompt, and again, accommodating to our changing needs. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this location again if we return to T&C."
