The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

"This is a hidden Gem. The staff is what truly made our stay the most enjoyable and memorable. The room was very clean and well equipped. Close to the pool with a private patio. The bed was comfortable. Pillows are large but very soft.
It is close to shopping and entertainment. Walkable to shops and groceries. We enjoyed the snapper at the on-site restaurant it was delicious. I can’t say it enough the staff make you feel like family. Thank you and we will be back soon. "
"This resort was absolutely spectacular. The rooms were cleaned twice a day. The food was delicious - with 21 different dining options. The property and beach were always kept clean. It was like it's own little city on the island. Perfect for families and adults. "

However, one noticeable downside was the service at the breakfast restaurant, particularly from the female staff. Unfortunately, they lacked warmth and hospitality, often coming across with a dismissive attitude. A simple smile or friendly demeanor would’ve made a big difference, especially in the mornings.
Aside from that, the stay was a solid 10/10. The beach at the resort wasn’t ideal—lots of seaweed but having a rental car made it easy to drive just seven minutes to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach.
Food-wise, breakfast at the hotel was decent, but we found our favorites elsewhere. Omar’s Beach Hut was hands down a 10/10, and Mr. Grouper’s was another great local spot worth checking out."
