"Don't book. The worst of the worst. False advertising! No white sand, no sound proof room, no restaurant on site, and no help when there is problems. Yes it's cheaper, because it's dirty and advertise untrue. A towel rack on the ground in the room, the mini fridge leaked, the ceiling fan wouldn't turn off, a stove and filth in the hallway etc. I have pics. They say sound proof room, I have multiple recordings of how loud the music is next door in the room. I tried to resolve the problem and super unhelpful people and it took forever to reach them. "

"We had three couples- watch your head in the loft! Overall we had a wonderful, fun filled trip. The location was perfect with an easy walk to The Shore Club restaurants and H2O beach bar. We walked the beach, kayaked, hung at the pool and enjoyed the fire pit, all steps from the house. Took a short drive to Grace Bay beach, Thursday Fish Fry, The Cave Bar, a couple of other restaurants and went on a group boat tour which was a blast! The house was good for our needs and priced well, but had some deferred maintenance that Wesley will be taking care of. We stayed 11 days and still didn’t do all we wanted to do! Might have to return to the beautiful waters of Turks and Caicos. "

Pros: - Accommodations: The rooms and amenities were brand new and impeccably clean. - Location: The hotel is conveniently located near popular restaurants and the airport. - Dining: The food and drink quality was outstanding; a special thank you to the chef and pizza chef. Cons: - Beach Service: The advertised full service is inaccurate. With only approximately 20 chairs near a construction zone, space is too limited. Furthermore, staff presence was minimal and requests went unfulfilled. - Front Desk Staff: We encountered significant issues with Sonali B., who was rude and dishonest, and Moesha V., who lacked basic communication skills and was unhelpful when we requested management. - Service Efficiency: We experienced consistent delays, such as 40-minute waits for breakfast and over an hour for room service, despite the hotel not being at full capacity. - Connectivity: Daily internet and TV outages made it difficult to manage work and travel arrangements. - Facility Design: The outdoor-only dining area is impractical during rain, as most seating becomes soaked and the roof leaks. Additionally, the lack of indoor activities"
