Our experience at Hotel Panamera was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the impeccable service and stunning surroundings. The cocktails were crafted to perfection, each sip a delightful journey of flavors. Coupled with delectable cuisine, every meal was a culinary delight that tantalized our taste buds. The ambiance was simply breathtaking, with two pools boasting unique designs and both buildings perfectly situated on the beachfront, offering unparalleled views of the azure waters. The abundance of day beds ensured moments of pure relaxation, whether basking in the sun or gazing at the stars. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, a lively haven where evenings were transformed into unforgettable experiences. With a talented DJ spinning tunes, enticing drink specials, and the backdrop of a mesmerizing jungle sunset, it was a scene straight out of a dream. The gesture of a complimentary room upgrade, coupled with a thoughtful welcome gift of wine, exemplified the hotel's commitment to exceeding expectations. Do yourself a favor, Just stay away from this property. We were tempted by the low price, that was a big mistake. Such amazing properties in Tulum and this isn’t one of them. No appreciation for the guests. Unprofessional hotel manger. If you do book this place please make sure: 1. They haven’t sold the pool to a privet event and no way hotel guests can use the pool. The hotel thought that this is totally legit. 2. Make sure to bring earplugs, the cleaning staff arrive at 7am and our very loud in the corridors. 3. Don’t expect any upgrades as Expedia platinum, overheard the hotel mangers explanation to the reception always to say no availability. 4. One towel per room, we tried to get additional towels, it’s impossible. Most are dirty and torn.

New favourite Tulum hotel! Hotel Panamera is heaven. My husband and I have been coming to Tulum for years and have tried many different types of accommodation on the beach road and Hotel Panamera gets everything right. The location is perfect for walking to some of our favourite hotels and restaurants, and for those who prefer the quieter end of the strip. The staff were kind and helpful, always busy but available if you needed something. The design and aesthetic of this hotel are stunning. Minimalist but still warm and inviting. We had an Atrium room which was simple but comfortable (I will agree with previous reviews, they need more hooks in the rooms) There are two pools, one which is exclusive for guests and has a hot jacuzzi which was nice to use in the evening. We loved the morning yoga with Rahul, the yoga shala is right on the beach so you get to listen to the sound of the waves as you do the class…amazing! After yoga have a delicious breakfast in their beautiful restaurant overlooking the beach. Monday night was our favourite, half price cocktails on the roof and a fun dj. The view from Roof is spectacular at sunset. One of our other favourite things about Panamera was the music they played. Not your typical club tracks, you can tell someone carefully curated the playlist to include diverse and interesting music from around the world which sets the tone for lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. Can’t wait to return, thank you Hotel Panamera!

The staff and overall service level is world-class which made our experience top notch. Regardless of the staff member everyone was more than willing to help all needs. The security guard got us a blanket and offered to turn outside lights on for us late night. Happy to have ended up in a nice newer and clean hotel. Location was further down the strip but just perfect as it was less packed right up front. Beach front lounging with restaurant service was fantastic. Staff was helpful in booking additional experiences. I can’t wait to return.

Hotel Panamera is a first class hotel on the most spectacular beach with the best food in Tulum. If they could just put a few shelves in the rooms to store items and supply a proper amount of towels to the rooms it would be perfect.

Regarding the room towels, we are proud promoters of environmental care, so we only place 2 towels per person in the rooms and we ask our guests to reuse them during their stay, so we can keep saving water and reduce pollution from laundry detergents. WARNING: MY WIFE’S DIAMOND EARRINGS WERE STOLEN FROM INSIDE OUR ROOM AT PANAMERA HOTEL WHILST OUR ROOM WAS GETTING ‘SERVICED’. My partner and I are on our honeymoon in Tulum from Australia and we had stayed just ONE night at Panamera Hotel. She had left her jewellery in the bathroom before we headed to the beach & pool. She thought that surely they would be safe and secure in a 4 star hotel that charges $500 per night and claim to have security watching their staff at all times. My wife and I returned to our room that afternoon to find her jewellery had without a doubt been stolen. We contacted staff and they conducted an ‘investigation’ which involved looking through every piece of our luggage which felt really invasive. My wife was visibly upset and crying and the some of the staff stood around smiling and snickering. DO NOT stay at this hotel is you are looking for a trustworthy and safe place to stay in Tulum. This hotel is NOT it. The staff were unhelpful in particular one of managers. They completely lacked empathy. They said they would look at the security camera footage from outside our room but it would take two hours. It was at this point I knew that her earrings would not be returned. We checked out immediately after this incident because we felt both violated and unsafe. DO NOT STAY AT PANAMERA HOTEL.

Dear Brett,We know that this was a very unfortunate situation for you and your wife. We tried everything in our hands to acomodate you and try to find your lost earrings. We opened the drainage pipes we did strip searches on our employees and went through all camera feeds from that day. Since this is the first time someone has reported something like this in our hotel we had to follow our proper procedures. We asked you to have patience and let us go through with our procedures in these cases, but you decided to leave. We are willing through our insurance help out with covering the cost of the earrings as courtesy. As well we did not charge you for your food and beverage consumption at the hotel and we issued a refund for your remaining nights.As mentioned before, this has never happened in our hotel and hopefully never will, we still have no reason to believe that someone from our staff has been or was involved in this incident, our staff has been with us for a long time and handles valuables all the time.Once again we are sorry for your bad experience here at Panamera and we all hope that you will find your earrings and/or get compensation back for them. Staff here were great and super accommodating. Roof top bar could get loud, however, it closes by the time you would be going to sleep so it is a-ok. They have plenty of events on the property like yoga daily, so lots to join in. Good was reasonably priced for the area, and overall enjoy our stay.

We had the best stay here! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very simple, but have everything you need to have a great vacation. The location is great and you can walk to many places. The restaurant and drinks were amazing. Both pools were lovely. Would definitely stay here again when in the area. Armando and Roberto were amazing!

The property is gorgeous. Location is perfect. It’s at the very south end of the main hotel stretch which makes it still close to everything but it’s quiet so you can actually sleep at night. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Food is really good here. We had an 8 course chef’s table dinner for only $95 a person. WAYYY cheaper than any other meal we had in tulum and was by far the best meal we had. Super intimate with just about 12 people. Beach out front was gorgeous, we came right before the bad seaweed season. 10/10 would recommend

My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Panamera and we couldn't be happier with our experience. We loved our room and found the staff to be incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast which was truly amazing and delicious. We were blown away by the quality and variety of the food on offer, and it was the perfect start to each day of our stay. On our second night, we upgraded to the Ocean view cabin room and it was a decision we will never regret. The view from the room was absolutely stunning and the room itself was incredibly romantic. We highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a romantic getaway. Matias, the receptionist, was excellent and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He was always available to help us with anything we needed and even suggested the Ocean view cabin room which made our stay even more special. The next day, we didn't feel rushed out and completely felt at home in the hotel. The beach was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking and we had a wonderful time exploring the area. Overall, we rate Hotel Panamera Tulum a 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel with amazing food, friendly staff, and beautiful rooms with stunning views. The staff was great and very helpful. Lack of definition of space, ie no door to the bathroom closet area was just a shelf on the wall. I was expecting more luxury for the prices but the beach access and the staff made up for that.

This hotel is absolutely terrible, will never ever be back there. to begin with the water in the sink is literally salt water, there is no quite anywhere the hotel is so loud u cant even rest even in your own room ! will never ever be back there ! worst experience we ever had in a hotel !

Great boutique hotel
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. All of the staff were super helpful and waited on you hand and foot. It is located on the beach and there are boutique stores in walking distance. The food and drinks were very good. The only cons i can add is the rooms are small and the beds were a little hard but it did not spoil the stay.

Awful stay! Construction and beeping noise!!!
I will never stay here again. Even though they have an amazing looking pool, they are right on the road and all you hear is constant beeping and construction noise. I wish they would have notified me ahead of time as all stays are non refundable. I had stitches in my foot and they placed me on the third level with no elevator facing the street. When I checked out the next day they refused to give me my money back. When I asked to speak to the manager they told me one wasn’t around so I asked to have them call me. Of course they never did. There are plenty of places to stay in Tulum that are much better than this for the money. Check out El Pez or the Beach Tulum. Both are amazing! Don’t waste your money at this establishment.

Dear Megan, We are truly sorry that your experience with us was not as pleasant as you expected. We recommend our guest to let us know beforehand through an email or phone call about any mobility issue they may have, because for those special cases we do consider our guest and try to provide rooms that are more accessible. Unfortunately, we learned about your injury during your check in and we had no more rooms available to move you. Still, our team did tell you you would be able to move the next day with a free upgrade to a much larger and more accessible room. We also apologize for the noise, during your stay our neighbors were under remodeling but they are currently finished with their project. Plus, we are currently changing all our windows to noise cancelling glass in order to prevent any noise from the streets or our neighbors from permeating our rooms, those changes are taking place as we speak. We were also very sad to know that you wanted to checkout early and wanted a refund back. But unfortunately the rate plan you purchased was non-refundable. Our cancellation policies can be seen on our website and on the confirmation email we send before your stay. Still, given your situation, we did try to extend a credit for a future stay and you kindly declined. We still believe that if you had given us the chance and stayed with us a little longer we could have made it up in many other ways. Hope you give us another chance any time soon and we still thank you for your visit.

Everything about this property is perfection. My boyfriend and I chose it based on online recommendations and reviews, and it way exceeded our expectations. The hotel is gorgeous, the pool scene is fun, the food is excellent, and the staff makes you feel welcome. It's super gay-friendly as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My favorite hotel in tulum
Though there are little things need to improve- the hotel is by far my favorite hotel in tulum beach. It is chic (so chic). Service is extremely nice. Drinks are great and honesty- it feels like a big happy family. Tulum beach has a repeating style but this one is not part of it- your pictures will look way better.

Good value for money, beautiful property
Our room at Panamera was significantly cheaper compared to some of the surrounding hotels, we stayed also at another hotel at 2x the price and felt the value for money was good at panamera. That said, the stay was not without issues and we personally enjoyed the combination of first enjoying the hip vibe at Panamera for a few nights and then moving to a nicer hotel nearby. + super beautiful hotel, tons of sublime details + really good breakfast + great location & beach access + cool vibe (and background music) + gorgeous pool - as a hotel guest we sometimes felt like a second class citizen compared to locals/daypass visitors - sunbeds are not reserved for hotel guests, better pick them early in the day or go without - bathroom in rooms have zero privacy - noisy construction going on nearby and window views obstructed - minimal amenities in rooms

Experiencia agradable en general
El lugar esta muy bonito, muy agradable y juvenil, tiene una alberca increíble, la comida es muy rica, aunque de precios muy elevados. La atención del personal es muy buena y personalizada, aunque a veces un tanto lentos para servir bebidas. La limpieza del cuarto y comodidad de las camas excelente. Hace falta más control en el uso de la alberca fuera de horario porque a veces pasadas las 11:30pm seguía habiendo mucho ruido. En general las habitaciones no filtran mucho el ruido de afuera y es incomodo un rato.
