Beautiful Apartment with a great Rooftop pool
The apartment was perfect for our stay in Tulum, as a group of three friends it was the perfect size, with a very well equiped kitchen so we could make breakfast each day. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size and the beds were incredibly comfy.The whole process of checking in was perfect, our host stayed up late as we got delayed, which we were very grateful for after a 10 hr flight. The host was very helpful and incredibly responsive if we needed to ask any questions.The facilities in the building were amazing too, the pool on the roof was beautiful, with views across the jungle and with views of the sea. There is also a well equiped gym that helped work off all the tacos we ate.The only criticism of the place I would have is that there were a couple of inaccuracies in the description, one being the hottub on the balcony, this was there but did not work and was not maintained, so don't expect to be using it. The description also mentioned a washer machine in the apartment, this is not accurate, there is not one in the apartment, but you can use the building laundry service, which is a paid for service, which we did and was reasonably priced and very good.But overall this is a great apartment and I would highly recommend it for exploring Tulum.
