"The property is very nice and had no problems with staff. They were very nice and helpful. However, for those looking to access public transportation this hotel is not for you. I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). "The location is incredible! Stunning views of Mount Fuji right from the cabin. The facilities were also amazing. Two Twin beds as well as traditional Japanese futons on tatami mats. There was a nice onsen that would have great views of Fuji, however it was cloudy while we used it. The host was incredibly kind and responds super quick to messages. They even offered us a free shuttle to the train station after our stay. On top of this, they recommended a great traditional Hoto restaurant as well...
