スリッパはすり減ってペラペラで、素足歩いているようでした。お風呂に今時、リンスインシャンプーだし、冷蔵庫にミネラルの一本のサービスもない。レストランは片付けが間に合わす、朝座る席がなく、他人の分を下げました。値段にみあいません。

、子の大学受験の為、利用　させていただきました。 気になった点、ユニットバスが汚い。食堂に蜘蛛の巣や埃がすごかった。壁が薄いのか他の部屋の声や廊下の音が大きく聞こえる。部屋の埃も 良かった点、スタッフの対応が優しい。

子供の大学受験の付き添いで利用しました。 総合的にとっても良かったです。 強いて言えば、部屋の壁がカビ？で汚かったコト。WiFiが弱すぎること。お風呂を推してる割に打たせ湯、ジェットが壊れていたコト。でしょうか。 でも薬草風呂も良かったし、枕の追加貸し出しも良かったし、静かな環境でたくさんあるマンガを読みふけりました。子供も勉強に集中できたみたいです。飲み物の自販機もたくさんあったし、かなりくつろいで過ごせました。 朝、お風呂に入りそびれてしまったので 朝食かお風呂かどちらかでいいので、もう少し延長してもらえたら、うれしいかなと思いました。

毎年利用してます、都留駅から若干離れてますが車だとアクセスしやすくスタッフの方も親切で料理も美味しい…また利用します。

一泊でお世話になりました 外観と違い静かな山の中にあり、静かに過ごせました。薬草風呂はぬるめでゆったり長く入れます。効能もたくさんありそのためか安眠できました。 枕や漫画、ちょっとした売店も品物が充実していてとても満足です。 漫画が沢山あるので、子ども連れ（中高生）でも時間を持て余すことなくゆっくりできました。
