"New, clean property with some good amenities (heated towel bars, bathroom mirrors with ambient lighting, cozy doonas, easy parking). Washer only, no dryer. There's a clothesline but it was raining, so we used the hangers from the closet on the garage door rails to hang clothes to dry. If you're visiting in winter, run the downstairs split system to warm the whole house. Train line is *right behind* the property; so if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs.Close to shops. Super busy entertainment precinct including cinema, games, restaurants, etc. We loved the Majestic Cafe nearby.Host was super responsive with answers to our questions and also changed the battery on the front door lock. We learned if it's playing a song when you open it then it's needs a new battery! We booked it because we needed at least 3 bedrooms, location was easy to the airport and closer to Hobbiton. But we ended up doing more in the Auckland CBD and the traffic was shocking. Train station to city is a 15 min walk - we didn't give that a try, but probably should have!Overall a lovely property and a great stay."

There was one issue for us - the bed has a wooden frame and base which squeak loudly every time you move in the bed. We used ear plugs the second night.
