I had a very good room that I would give high marks, however there was a problem with one of the bedside lamps. The on off switch didn’t work and it appeared that the light was being turned on and off by turning the light bulb in and out. Not a big problem but it should have been tested by staff. However, I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Would mainly recommend for short stays or layovers. Will have to bus or drive if wanting to get anywhere, not a great option for walking around places. The hotel was fine (didn't really us much outside my room) but its quite odd for people on the 5th floor having to tak multiple elevators to get there and the 2nd elevator is really slow (took the stairs after the first time). The room was nice, had a microwave and usable minifridge, which was a big plus for me, but the shower was a bit dirty. Lastly, I actually didn't hear too many planes even though it was so close to the airport but the soundproffing from the hallways was no up to par. Lots of slamming and loud people during the evenings. So again it was finr for my short stay but would not recommend for much longer.

Room was good. Service was mostly good. Security cards didn’t work so I had to return to desk. 3 out of 4 cards failed. Called for ‘24 hr’ shuttle to pick me up at airport. Unfortunately no one answered. Called twice - no answer, no message - back to menu. I had to pay for a ride to the hotel. Desk clerk first said she was there the whole time then said she was doing something else. Couldn’t credit me because I paid through Expedia. Morning staff tried to comp me breakfast but I had to leave.

The bed was good. Hotel had an awful aroma. We were on the 5th floor; in order to access the 5th floor you need to take two different elevators. Directly in the flight path of the airport; constant noise from airplanes travelling overhead. No security for parking garage; people in the hotel garage parking lot who are not guests at the hotel having a dance party on the top floor of the parking garage, also for a hotel with a very inconvenient location you would think parking may be included in your stay, it is not. Hotel is advertised as 3-star, 2.5 stars would be generous. Hallways were dirty and terribly constructed. No breakfast included.
