"The property is pretty centrally located. It’s a quick Grab (Uber) ride to the beach. There are a couple of western style supermarkets within a five or 10 minutes walk distance for essentials. Each room has its own refrigerator. The suite themselves are very spacious, with the living room upstairs and a very large bathroom downstairs. But the standout feature is the individual private pool for each suite. This is a very good deal for the price point."

Stayed in Villa Ayana. Clean and modern - but they are relatively new villas. I do hope they keep them maintained. Has everything you need. Water pressure was a little alarming at first but it just takes a while before the pressure kicks in. My advice, start the shower and then brush your teeth while you wait.
