"Nice room with lagoon access, staffs are very friendly and sweet (so many trinkets almost every day, floaties, chocolate, fruit baskets, cake, etc), great amenities (so much fun with buggies hope on and off between buildings), breakfast buffet taste a lot better than a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. The jungle was peaceful, the monkeys were fun to watch from the outside gazebo. Very relaxing atmosphere, very elegant. A perfect trip."

"The staff was very professional and helpful. Two staff members who helped us was Juni (taller) and Ayu at the bar. Juni you were a ray of sunshine. The rooms were fabulous. We had an issue with the safe, they promptly came to fix it. The pizza and burrata at the Beach club was amazing! "

"The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival. "

"This hotel was fabulous. The staff were friendly and always there to help. The included breakfast was well worth it. There were two pool tables and a great infinity pool that was open till 1 AM. Our room was large with a big bed that was just a little hard. My only complaint would be the non stop techno music that never stopped in the lobby, restaurants and pool. After a while it became irritating. That said we would highly recommend this hotel"
