"The Lodge had charcoal, lighter fluid, and lighter ready the grill; there were also firestarters for the fire pits; a Blackstone hooked up and ready to go; AC set nice and cold…etc. Very well planned for nobody around in the office our entire four days. "This house has great potential, however the owner has it available for rent when there are numerous issues that need to be fixed. We were notified about two weeks ahead of time that the heat was broken in part of the house. The owner told me if I wanted to cancel, they would understand. Cancelling my rental would mean cancelling our whole Thanksgiving family vacation. Since we had already exhausted our search for another house, we decided to buy a couple space heaters and keep the rental plan....
