"Was very very disappointed. I had a reservation for Saturday night. I called on Thursday night to cancel due to a family issue that was last minute. I was told they would cancel the reservation but had to charge me the nightly rate because it was too late. I said theres nothing you can do, they told me it was property policy no exceptions. This is the epitome of corporate greed, and shows why the world is in the shape its in. I personally will never stay at another Hampton Inn or Hilton brand hotel ever again. I would rather sleep in my car. The simple fact that they still charged me despite my calling 2 days ahead with a legitimate family issue and them not allowing anything to be done is simply disgusting!!"

"The only good thing about it was the convenience of the distance to the railway. The room was much smaller than what was shown on-line. The paint on the walls in the room were chipped. The area around the bathtub lever was dirty. The floor was tile and not carpet, so it was cold. The matress was too hard. There were no amenities!!!"

"Room was clean bathroom faucet was leaking so water and something all over counter.staff was great breakfast room so small you couldn't get 5 people in it. I left a night early dogs barking in rooms. Neighbor room up at 5am talking and laughing like it was 2pm. They were very rude ."
