"The property needs TLC, upgrades to bed, and lamps are falling apart. The ceiling fan did not work. The shower had mold and decaying grout. The jacuzzi was filty, it had black sludge floating and stuck to the bottom of the floor. The curtains are ripped possibly from the sun. The deck had spiderwebs and major insects on all over. The fencing that surrounds the front was busted and on the ground. There were black snakes every afternoon near my vehicle. The persons before me, must of had a dog,...
