Hotel was nice! Room was decent size but beds were a little hard but it was ok for 3 nights for us. Bathroom was clean and shower was very nice. Very nice quiet neighborhood close to 7/11 and family mart. Train station not too far either. Will stay again.

The location was good, and everything was convenient. The three of us stayed, and the room was small and there was no closet, so it was a bit difficult to manage it, but I was glad because I was satisfied with the good access and price.

The room was spacious and fairly quiet. I t was close to the laundry and some people were washing and talking late at night. The breakfast was good but very busy around 9am. It is a quiet neighbourhood around the hotel. To go to Ginza it will take you good 20 minutes to walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a good time here.

The room was clean but elevators and common areas were super dusty. Bedroom has a decent size for Japan. Breakfast was okay. It is a super busy hotel with lots of families, lobby is tight and dirty with few places to sit down and the location for my group wasn't the best. The week prior we stayed in another hotel in Ginza as well but with better location.

The room is decently clean. But the lobby doesn't look inviting. Too chaotic with luggage's parked there and the smoke from the smoking area in 1st fl was lingering around the lobby and elevator. Very annoying. But We like the location.
