Such a great place to stay at! The room was nice and clean with plenty of space for my luggage. I really liked how the spaces were decorated too. The amount of umbrellas available for use was pretty nice too. Everyone that worked there was very nice, patient, and friendly to talk with. I hope their cafe is successful for them! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot in Asakusa!
Great experience! Such kind front desk and it was pretty easy. Check in and check out was simple and easy. One of the better places I've been to. So clean and aesthetic! Very good. Thank you!
Cheapest hostel in the area! Service was also immaculate, most of the staff are Filipinos and they were so accommodating. It is also near the bus station. I’ll come back on my next Japan trip.
Amazing service they helped us carry our bags to the room. Got to go on the rooftop. Very clean. Cheaper rooms had hard mattresses, nicer rooms were much more comfy. No hot water both nights we stayed there though.

Everything was wonderful. The room, bathroom and shower areas are spotless. The whole place was spotless. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful. Every question was answered and they went out of their way to help us reach the store we wanted to see- we were not able to call locally- yet they helped us by calling on their personal phones. What angels!!!!!
I love staying here the staff were very welcoming from the moment I walked in I got to meet a lot of new people being in a shared dormitory it was great they would come and clean the room as soon as someone checkout so that was really nice I recommend to any body that wants somewhere comfortable and relaxed 😎
This was one of my favorite stays japan, our room was a decent size, there was an actual tent in our room which was nice. The room was clean, the workers were friendly and the location of the property was in a nice quiet neighborhood.
The hostel is nice and in a good location. Very close to the temple. Staff were friendly and accommodating. However, it is a 15 - 20 minutes walk from the train station. Found ourselves taking a lot of bus rides at the end of the day to avoid the 20 minute walk. The beds are very uncomfortable. Hard as the floor. At least that was our experience with the room we had. Tough time getting a comfortable night rest after a long day. All our backs hurts. I don't know if it's a cultural thing, but I definitely prefer a soft bed. The hostel has a washer/dryer combo. It's convenient, but with those combos we also had to hang the jeans to dry. Took almost 2 days for the jeans to dry. Very inconvenient. All the hotels we stayed at in Japan were like that. So, if you plan doing laundry, maybe bring thin fabrics that will dry fast.
We really love this place. Is very convenient, everything is so close, Sensoji temple less than 5 minutes, Asakusa station less than 10 minutes, all the shopping and restaurants less than 5. We really recommend this place.

The Glamping hotel is a great option with a prime location to explore Tokyo. The hotel was clean and the customer service was amazing, particularly from Miwako. Would stay again.
A very cozy place to stay. Comfortable futons, a hammock and some chairs to feel like your camping. Great products for Toiletries. Would stay here again.
My son made the reservation and we were very surprised when we saw a tent inside the room. We thought we would have a bed night of sleep, but surprisingly we had a great and restful night. It was a unique experience! I totally recommend this place.
I enjoyed my stay here so much that I booked for a couple more days the following week. Very trendy hostel run by Gen-Z’ers with a cool modern italian restaurant in lobby. Excellent everything, but one night I bunked with the infamous snorer and that irked my night (no fault to property, I guess). Another unusual point is the showers are located in the lobby.
Overall a nice stay & convenient location in Asakusa.
Repeat visit here. This time on the lower floor and with one bathroom out of service. Overall still a great stay and it’s really hard to beat the location. The amenities include free tea, instant coffee, water. I’d return next time in the area!
The staff were very friendly. I like the little café and eating area. The room and bathroom were clean. They have 2 washer/dryers which were convenient for traveling. The nearest subway station is about a 15 minute walk. There were plenty of local stores and restaurants within walking distance. Also, there's paid parking right in front of the hostel. Overall it was a great stay.
The room is a bit small but still nice. Only 4 share bathrooms on the ground floor, but 3 toilets on every floor. there are free coffee and tea in the reception area. the staff are good at english and very helpful. there is storage fee for keeping luggage.
During our stay there were some major changes in the hostel (maybe the hostel got a new owner?) so my review might not be up to date anymore. Regardless, here is our experience
Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Our pillows were too hard but we got extra pillows from the staff which was really nice.
There were enough toilets on our floor. They were otherwise clean but there were some dirt on the floor which made it look like the floors were not cleaned properly every day. For example, there was a used earplug on the floor for couple of days until I picked it up and threw it away.
Just before our last week the restaurant moved to a different location but so did the guest fridge and all of the tables and chairs. The tables and chairs were pretty quickly replaced but not having a fridge was a big minus for us. On our last day we heard that the staff fridge was given for the guests to use the day before.
Regarding the restaurant, there were some issues with the fire alarm. On two consecutive days the fire alarm went off and in either of those times the staff didn't offer us any information what was happening. We were left wondering and had to actively ask about the situation ourselves. Luckily it was a false alarm on both times.
All of the staff members were really nice and helpful during our whole stay. We would suggest that the staff would have nametags or some other way for the guests to recognize them easier though.
We would return again!
