Amazing stay from start to finish! The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great location, excellent amenities, and outstanding service throughout our visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again!”
Hotel was very nice and clean. Stayed only for 2 nights and it was close to the Don Quijote and the Temples. Hotel was literally 5 minutes away and about 10 min walk to the stations. Tip for anyone traveling or staying in the area it is very packed with tourists so be prepared for that.
An excellent stay at Hotel Heikan Asakusa. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout. The availability of kitchen and laundry facilities added great convenience. A truly top-notch experience in every way.
Just a mom traveling with my seven-year-old daughter alone. The hotel was located in such a perfect area to explore Asakusa. Our room was spacious with double beds for being Tokyo. The next hotel we stayed at was claustrophobic compared to this.
Everyone was so friendly at the front desk whenever we would come back from wandering around. Amenities are located at the lobby so it was easy to pick up anything we needed. Would definitely book here again for future stays.
Also helps us 7-Eleven is practically right next-door.
Loved that they helped us with our luggage transfer to our next location. Room super small but we'll furnished and decorated. Bed super comfy. Loved having access to the fancy shower head that offers deep cleaning of pores and the same brand hair dryer. A friend told me it was a brand that is high quality. Super enjoyed our stay
The breakfast was amazing! They serve different dishes (with of course the classics) in 3 nights that we stayed. Staff are very accommodating. The hotel is close to the Asakusa food street. Would definitely stay again in the future! :)
Side note: the only thing I would keep in mind the next time is not to book the economy twin room if you have luggage as you can’t open it wide
Amenities were good and staff were nice. Small as expected from Japan hotels. Only downside is the eco cleaning which only includes towel changes. Would have liked to have the place vaccumed.

Despite the ongoing works at the hotel, the room was quiet and very clean. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, which made the stay very pleasant. Overall, a comfortable experience in a great location.
The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, we definitely recommend it. We would absolutely stay here again.
My stay here was very lovely. The staff is so kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for solo travelers. The location is also close to many attractions.
Great location and a generally clean, larger than expected room, though the carpet could use a deep clean. The cafeteria was spacious, bright, and clean with large street-facing windows, perfect for people-watching, and the onigiri breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The staff was very responsive, polite and professional. The room was clean and the amenities were great. The location makes it easy to explore Asakusa.
The property was in the middle of renovations, so there was some construction noise and activity, an elevator with pieces of plastic taped up to protect it, etc. But my room (post-renovation) was very nice, with a couple of nice decorative touches, a very featureful Toto Neorest toilet, and a decent city view from the window.
