This was my favorite hotel! Literally in the middle of shibuya crossing The station was downstairs too. Conveniently close to everything Rooms were so clean Ask for the room facing shibuya crossing. It’s amazing

Great experience with very helpful staff. The hotel is located in a great area that is close to Shibuya station as well as excellent restaurants sites in the area. It is also well located to travel around the rest of Tokyo.

I love everything about this hotel. The staff were so kind, the rooms were generous and comfortable, the restaurant had an amazing array of delicious food. At the end of our stay, staff assisted us with transportation to the airport. I will definitely return!

This hotel is in the best area of Tokyo!, just a few steps of Shibuya Crossing 😃👍, shopping and dining everything is just there, Ramen Restaurants, Sushi, souvenirs, Starbucks, shibuya sky, anime stores, Pokemon and Nintendo stores and much more!. for girls there’s a 109 building that is 8 floors of beautiful clothing just for girls 😃👍👍

Room was like a typical business hotel in the US and more spacious than many Japanese options. Breakfast was great with savory Japanese fare like curries, soup, and salad and some American fare. For the price they should include non dairy options like soy or oat milk for coffee and it would be the perfect breakfast buffet.
