"Once again we really enjoyed ourselves. We have been coming here for at least 5 years. Maybe even longer. I wish we could have stayed one more night. The staff was really friendly from the front desk to the housekeeping. Every time you seen a staff member they always said Hello with a smile. "

"I had such a great stay at the Renaissance Palm Springs! The hotel itself was beautiful, and relaxing but what truly made the experience extra special were the two amazing Filipino staff at the front desk. There was a gentleman (I didn’t catch his name!) and a lovely lady named Kesha (I think) both were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Their warmth and genuine care really made me feel at home. It’s true what they say: Filipino hospitality is on another level, and they both proved it! Because of them, I enjoyed my days in Palm Springs even more. They absolutely deserve to be recognized for the amazing energy and service they bring. Thank you both so much! 🌴💚"

"The venue is absolutely beautiful very clean very well maintained. The breakfast and the happy hour amenities and food or delicious. The staff with Joe Gemma and front desk staff were very courteous, efficient and caring. I traveled with four handicapped elderly relatives and they win beyond accommodating to make sure that not only were they comfortable, but that I was taken care of. I will definitely come back over and over again, and have already recommended it to several of my friends from out of state that will be traveling to Palm Springs to other parts of California.
