"This was our second stay in this amazing suite and it was just as good as the first. I can't understate how lovely this place is and the attention to detail Jeff has put into the decor and atmosphere is top-notch. It is truly FULLY STOCKED with anything and everything you might need and Jeff is a fantastic host. "

"This is a beautiful resort, but unfortunately the experience did not match the setting. There was trash left around the property throughout our stay, which was disappointing—especially since most of it appeared to be left by adult guests. Even more concerning, it was not cleaned up as frequently as it should have been. We also had an issue with billing. After reserving a cabana, we noticed our card had been overcharged by $240. While the manager said the amount would be refunded, the explanation for the charge was unclear and did not inspire confidence. We are still waiting to resolve this with management. Overall, due to the cleanliness concerns and billing issues, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this resort at this time."

"The property is really run down, and needs to be remodeled! There was mold in shower and water damage on the bathroom door. Our stay was $400 a night. It felt like a motel 6 not a Hilton. Our group rented 5 rooms and we were all disappointed. The staff was great! They brought me plastic silverware when asked. Hilton needs to pressure the owners to remodel!"
