"Clean and well appointed. It is located in a typical Palm Desert community: gated, well maintained, with the back patio opening out to the golf course. My only criticism is the lengthy check-out to-do list. Since I had time, I did everything on the list, however, running a load of laundry, taking out trash and bringing in outdoor cushions seem like tasks that the professional cleaning service should take care of. "

"Condo was a nice place to stay during Coachella W1. Pool is in walking distance and it was great watching the golfers."

"We stayed here for a golf trip with a couple of my close friends/family. It was a great spot to stay at. House was clean and tidy. The views of the golf course from the property were amazing. We wish we could have/would have golfed here. Only issue we had was the garage was a little tight for a full size truck, but there was plenty of street parking if needed. Any other comments we had for the owner they were quick to respond to when notified."

"Beautifully decorated condo close to the heart of Palm Springs. Well thought-out and inspiring design. The condo complex was lovely and the pool & parking were top-notch and secure. We had a nice stay and loved the mountain view from the large balcony. Would book another stay with this host. Thanks!"

"Property is wonderful. Room is as listed with the exception of the couch bed. It is not a full size as listed. It's oddly between a twin and a full. Comfortable for one person but would be very tight for two people."

"Pros: two pools, two waterslides perfect for our kids 3-7 years old, indoor basketball court for evening fun with the kids, nice gym, poolside bar had tasty food/drinks more reasonably priced than I expected, parking was easy and convenient, good location, full size fridge, this unit had two bedrooms and two bathrooms so nice for a family of 5 (cheaper than some other condo options we looked who were offering ONE bedroom) Cons: pool lounge chairs were sometimes totally full, not a big deal for...

"The place was very clean and spacious. It was a perfect location to enjoy pickleball, the pool and shopping nearby. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and communication with the owner was excellent. We would like to come back when the weather is a bit cooler."

"This condo was so perfect for our family (my husband and I, our daughter, son-in-law and our grandson). The layout provided privacy and the location allowed us to walk easily to downtown, several parks, grocery stores, etc. Rita was a great host, she was very responsive to any questions we had and outfitted the space with several pieces of child equipment and pool toys so we didn’t need to bring those things with us. We enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you."

"The trip was put off to a very bad start. Upon checking in and getting out keys, we entered our locked room, and the lights were all off but there was an employee in the back bedroom with the lights off who didn’t say anything until we asked who was there and he said he was programming the remote. Was startling to walk in to that environment and left us wondering if someone would be in our room again unexpectedly."

"Checkin was great. Property was beautiful and it was hot. The room were perfect. Lots of space. Loved the full sized kitchen(including a dishwasher), which was stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery and other utensils, pans, pots, coffee machine with coffee and filters. They even provided a small bottle of dish soap & pods for the dishwasher. The king bed was very comfy. The only real complaint is the pull out sofa mattress could be better. We enjoyed our time at this hotel/resort. "
