"Booked a 3 night stay here.Great location, right opposite Osbourne House. Nice period property and room was spacious but tired in areas (shower had pieces of sealant hanging off and mould on the shower door). It would benefit from a good clean (eg dirty skirting boards, cobwebs, carpet stained). Hotel is situated on a main road so noisy even late at night with the windows open, although that didn't bother us. Had one evening meal here and one breakfast. Food was lovely although breakfast slow. Think a barrel delivery had arrived same time so that may have been why. Would be nice if you could help yourself to tea and coffee or juice in the dining room whilst waiting for service."

Nice shower and comfy beds. Would suggest take an eye mask as a streetlight opposite shines brightly into the main bedroom. We were on bikes and there is not a shop on site. A lovely neighbour gave us a lift to the supermarket. Very good communication and easy check in /out process. QUite late chech in at 5 but suited us. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area."
