"Was quite disappointed with the continental breakfast what was given wasn’t what was on the picture no baguette looked dry and stale, The bedrooms didn’t have plug sockets by the bed to charge your phone they was all by the tv, The cleanliness of the rooms was good and had clean towels and bedding. "

"It was a lovely stay with my son and my partner. The room was spacious and clean. The bathrobes and slippers are nice extras. Lovely surroundings/grounds to the hotel. Staff were overall nice however when we arrived (early before our check in), the lady didn't seem friendly or pleasant at first and welcoming. When i said and acknowledged that we have arrived way early before check in, she changed her tone and was more polite. We wanted to stay a the hotel to relax in the bar before check in but there was no staff at the bar. However i would definitely stay here again. "

"Would have liked more fresh fruit for breakfast. Felt misled by website as thought the parking was free which is why we chose this hotel. Staff were good helping us work out best trip into town and letting us check in earlier"

"Only stayed for one night but staff were pleasant and helpful. Good transport links as hotel was only a few minutes walk from Portsmouth Harbour station and National Express coach stop."

"Pubic hair in shower otherwise room clean. A good view for a cheaper room. Very spacious room with nice furniture. Jacuzzi not working, stairs to pool feel dangerous. Bar was a nice area in evening for a drink or two. Breakfast had a lot of choice but hot food was almost cold which was a shame, buffets need refreshing. Roast potatoes in breakfast? If you remove the American hash browns from the English breakfast at least put bubble and squeak on. All staff interactions were great. "
