"Really nice boutique hotel. Inviting and comfortable. Staff very friendly. I took a star away bc we had a couple of issues. First night there was a sewage smell in our room, and one day housekeeping never cleaned our room, even after we brought it to the attention of the front desk. It was a really nice place though and we would try it again. "

The location is so convenient: can walk to Warner Brothers Studios and short drive to Getty Center, Universal Studios Hollywood and Santa Monica beach. Pool was nice, I did not have problems parking at the hotel during the week, but might need to park on street when hotel is full on weekends. Free HBO. Has a classic retro vibe, comfy beds. Enjoyed 3 days here. Again, staff were so nice and helpful."

"The room was so clean!!! I was very impressed with the detail they put in. Clean bathroom (behind the toilet too)Clean behind the furniture. The bedding was a little thin but you can just adjust the temp in the room. Great location!"

"I booked this hotel to be able to walk to universal studios park easily. It was worth it just because of that. Room was in great condition except for the water pressure in the shower that wasn’t working properly at times. Breakfast and service was good quality but very expensive. Overall I would stay here again when visiting universal studios park. "

"Pool is lovely. Restaurant is very good and the lobby is beautiful. The lounge is fun but the ac/heater in the room was extremely loud and made the walls vibrate. I truly hope they address the noise because it’s a very cool property. Staff are wonderful and the 25 degrees food/staff are fantastic. The location is real “old Hollywood!”"
