"My tv went out during the night. A staff member tried to fix it but couldn’t, said he would ask management for a discount but when I checked out, no discount."

"Room was not the one in the pictures for which is why i reserved it in the first place. I was given a different room instead. It did have the jacuzzi but smaller and cracked. Room didn't have enough towels smelled like cigarettes and old. Bathroom smelled like wet mop was used to clean. Mid night couple fighting in the premises. Do not recommend taking your children to stay at this hotel. Overall too pricey and not satisfied with my reservation. Will definitely not be going back. "

"Nice location, needs a little attention on the maintenance side. One downside is if you have an electric vehicle they don’t have a way to charge your car…Oh and our sink would drain really slow and get backed up… nice bar at the hotel, bummer the patio was closed."

"Staff was very friendly and always able to answer any questions I had. Only stayed for one night, but worth the close proximity to the theme park. Price was a little high, but i have come to expect that with hotels near popular locations. Property itself was nice. Didn’t feel too out dated or too modern. It was a nice surprise to find a small refrigerator in the room. Lots of space in the room."

"Came to the hotel for a vacation and to finally sleep in. Instead was woken up by a fire alarm at 5am. We evacuated and exited out. My husband and I immediately saw employees laughing at us. Did not sit well. There was no free breakfast. Room was clean. "

"Not at all what I expected. Pictures do not depict the actual rooms. Heavy bleach smell. No breakfast included like advertised. Interior very dark Won’t stay here again"
