The property was a pleasant surprise. Extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to help. Superb breakfasts—and, again, great staff at them. The only needs for improvement: (1) we had a strangely gurgling sink and plumbing system that occasionally made fairly loud sounds; (2) the gym is tiny; the parking lots have tight spaces and are challenging to navigate. Otherwise, perfect, and these issues were relatively minor.

The Olivia is an older motel that has been totally revitalized and completely redone. The cafe was super clean as was the outdoor seating. Breakfast was delicious. We stayed at the Olivia for an appointment at Cedar Sinai Hospital and the hotel was very conveniently located. We will book at the Olivia again.

This was our second stay here. We find the rooms comfortable and staff very friendly. The breakfast is great and the courtyard very pleasant. The only item to note is that the hotel is on Santa Monica Blvd. and depending on the location of your room you will have some street noise, but that didn't really bother us. We will definitely stay here again.
