"We had a great stay for one night - great located, nice renovated room, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, lovely heated pool and friendly staff. The kids got to pick something from the treasure chest which was a nice touch. Parking was pricey - we parked across the street for less than half the cost."

"EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EXCEPT THE FACT THAT THE TELEVISION WAS NOT A SMART TV - THEREFORE, WE WERE UNABLE TO CONNECT TO NETFLIX - PRIME - YOOUTUBE ETC.."

"The hotel is wonderful - in fact we've already made reservations for next year - but the location is a double-edged sword. While it's immediately adjacent to TIFF events, its almost impossible to drive to the location during the festival. It took me a day to decompress from the last 2 kilometers of our 500k journey to the hotel."

"Very unlikely area and hard to find entrance but once inside it is good. Only 3 parking spots that need to be pre reserved which I did not do. Staff assisted me to get a parking permit from city on their computer and print it out. Took 5 mins. $24 paid to city. Found a spot very close. Room was good. Clean. No bed bugs(I always check) we were not there long but had no issues. Stayed on 2nd floor. No elevators. Would stay again"
