"We had a good stay. It isn’t your average hotel but we enjoyed the room and location a lot. (Self) check in was easy enough just be prepared that there is not a front desk and you do need to check in on your own, though we were lucky to have a hotel staff right there that did offer assistance. The value for the price and the uniqueness of the property plus neighbourhood are all real positives just don’t go in expecting it to be like a regular hotel."

"The hotel is wonderful - in fact we've already made reservations for next year - but the location is a double-edged sword. While it's immediately adjacent to TIFF events, its almost impossible to drive to the location during the festival. It took me a day to decompress from the last 2 kilometers of our 500k journey to the hotel."

"Very unlikely area and hard to find entrance but once inside it is good. Only 3 parking spots that need to be pre reserved which I did not do. Staff assisted me to get a parking permit from city on their computer and print it out. Took 5 mins. $24 paid to city. Found a spot very close. Room was good. Clean. No bed bugs(I always check) we were not there long but had no issues. Stayed on 2nd floor. No elevators. Would stay again"
