"Good hotel. Slow checkin. No biscuits in the room. Fast dinner service but long queue for breakfast despite empty tables."

"This is a property that has a lot going for it. Great location, good amenities, and clean space. However, it suffers from two big flaws. First, the staff will not vary from their rules to accomodate. When we arrived they had rooms available but refused to release the room until 2:30 or so. The walls are very thin and sound travels. Otherwise nice place."

"Hotel is in a nice location and very quiet. However a few things need improvement in the room. Hotel is in UK. There is no UK plug in the bathroom even though they supply a UK plug hairdryer. So you have to use your hairdryer on one of the nightstands or desk and can’t plug anything else in the bathroom?? No washcloths ever so makes showering hard. Also nice heavy duvet on bed BUT it gets very hot. Would be nice to have a sheet or light blanket to use instead."

"The controls for the air conditioning unit were broken, then even though I managed to turn it off it kept making noises intermittently through the night. The toilet cistern dropped constantly. On the positive side, the location was good."

"This hotel was lovely, calming and the perfect refuge for a big city. Very few hotels match the level of hospitality offered here. We loved our stay! So comfortable, so beautiful! Very luxurious and elegant."

"We’ve stayed a few times now and think the Superior Studio Suites are spacious and well appointed, offering good value given the hotel amenities and great location. The restaurant is always excellent and is worth a visit for non-residents, which is how we discovered the hotel in the first place. At the current time there is some construction work going on nearby. Once inside, you won’t be aware of it though."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Locke at Broken Wharf. The staff is great, there is a coffee shop on site and lots of areas to just sit and relax. The apartment was lovely, comfortable bed, good wifi, great shower. The location cannot be beat, steps from the Millennium Bridge and Saint Paul’s. Great transportation connections being near a Tube station and lots of bus routes. The only downside to my stay was noise from cars racing on the road seem to funnel down and was quite loud with the windows open. Nothing they could do about that but something to note if you are staying on the west side of the building."

"The Ned is an expensive hotel. It is worth every penny. From the welcome from the doorman (Scott was wonderful), all the staff were fabulous. Everything is top class and they cannot do enough for you. Didn’t want to go out into London. Already planning our return visit. If you can afford The Ned, treat yourself."
