We stayed for our anniversary, and reception helped us celebrate with a couple of glasses of champagne. The bed was comfortable and we need to know about the pillows because we need our own!"

"The only drawback at this otherwise lovely hotel is the slightly too high level of noise from other rooms. One easy way to decrease this might be to ensure that there is less of a gap between the floor and the bottom of the room doors. "

Also only a few steps to Tower station taking us anywhere else in the city and easy access to Heathrow Express back to airport. Most importantly, every staff member we encountered was amazing. "
