Not walkable to city but if you’d like to explore the Hanoi more broadly it is a fantastic location. Big spacious suite with office to work from, cafe downstairs in the building. Staff are so polite, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again

I nice hidden gem in Cau Giay

Arrival was convenient, although you can't access the elevator from the garage unless you already have a room key. The room was spacious and the view of Hanoi was gorgeous from the large windows in the room. Food options were convenient by foot from the location.the room was quite comfortable and clean but the building, in general, could use maintenance. Chipped paint on the walls and malfunctioning buttons for the elevator were small annoyances. The staff was top notch.

I felt like i lived in my apartment. Spacious as described in the website along with laundry helps to plan the stay as intended. Front office staff's are very helpful. They guide me whenever i need their support including in arranging a taxi for intercity trip, which costs way lower than Grab. Over all, i wouldn't look for other property to stay in Hanoi.

home away from home

Very nice and convinient stay, convenient store, restaurant and atm machines are just with in the building of the hotel, a big plus for any traveller and tourist like us. We reserved the 2 bedroom executive, big bed rooms, big sala, 2 toilet and bath. Kitchen also has complete utencils and kitchen equipments, you can easily cook your own food. Also provided water dispencer with 5 gallons of water, more than enough for our 3 days stays. Washing machine is also available, so there's no worry it you have limited clothes during your stay. These will be on my top list, of accomodation, if ever we will be back to Hanoi.

Great value for money

The rooms are quite large with great services. The hotel staff are very patient and kind. The pool is a nice treat and the gym is great! The only downside is the breakfast at the nearby Cafe (Highlands) is not well stocked and it seems like a burden for the Highlands staff.

First Class Hotel

This hotel was wonderful in every way. Clean ,comfortable , staff very efficient . The rooms were so spacious and had a full kitchen in ours so bedroom was separate to living / kitchen area . Beds so comfy too. Swimming pool ,of 20 meters , was a winner to do a few laps in at the end of the day. Breakfast had not bad Asian choices which we don't mind! It's a 25 min drive from the old quarter but what you save on accommodation you can pay on taxi fares.

Repeating to stay

This is the 5th time to stay this hotel, because the location is convenient for my client. Clean and confirtable enough to repeat many times. It is much better if they have shampoo and conditioner separately. But I have no difficulty other than that.
