Front desk offered to show me a larger room for upgrade, but the one assigned was on the top floor with a balcony - so that was an easy decision. And from my balcony, we had a surprise view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. "Front desk staff was helpful when checking in. I did encounter an issue with the man that recommends things to do. He gave the taxi the wrong address, and when I went back and told him about the mistake, he didn’t even apologize or take ownership of the fact that he gave the wrong address to the taxi and at the end of the day I paid both fares and wasn’t even Given remedy for the mistake. Also, one night when I couldn’t sleep I asked the front desk man if it was safe to do a quick walk around...
