"Wonderful room, fantastic food, lovely staff all in a great location overlooking the sea. Within easy walking distance to Folkestone lanes and the harbour arm."
"Mike was the best host. Very welcoming and called a taxi for me to get to my next destination. One of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. Would definitely recommend"

10/10 Excellent
"Very friendly reception staff. Extremely comfortable bed. Walls are a little thin, especially when there are little kids running around above, but that's hotels in general for you, earplugs are always on hand. Food was lovely, and plenty of gluten free options, even pie which is a very rare find. Not had time to try the spa. I'd stay again if I was in the area. "
"Very spacious hotel in a lovely building and quiet road, close to the beach top promenade. We walked everywhere.
The room was very comfortable and spacious.
Breakfast was really nice, full hot and cold buffet and extra menu to order from.
Very friendly staff."
