Churchill Guest House

Churchill Guest House

10/10 Excellent
"Our room was lovely. Spotlessly clean and with all the charming details that make a place special. It was warm in Dover; but a tower fan was provided and cracked windows let in fresh air. Staff was extra helpful with anything we needed or hadn't thought of-great taxi, pub and shopping recommendation. Continental breakfast was more than we expected and started the day in a good way. We are rookies in the UK; but look forward to staying again."

"Very nice room, aircon worked extremely well, had to turn it down a bit despite staying over on one of the heatwave nights. Staff were excellent, and breakfast was nice as well. Only thing to mention was the lack of parking availability. Whilst I booked my parking spot well in advance, it was clear they filled up very quickly, and weren't enough spaces for guests. There were EV chargers as well, which were all working and easy to use, but once the car was charged, there was no space to move it to a regular parking spot, so the hotel staff told me to just leave it there overnight, blocking someone else from potentially using it - not ideal for a Hilton. Overall though, excellent, would definitely stay again."
