"Quirky hotel with some original features but overpriced for level of finish in room. Good food well presented but waiting time and co-ordination of service appalling. Waiting staff did not engage with customers and no one person taking overall responsibility for front of house. Judging by the guests staying I’m guessing there is a lot of one-off visitors who will never return and this is reflected in the level of customer care- Shame"

"Lovely stay at the Holiday park, chalet is right by all the amenities and super close to Dover Castle/cliffs. The only feedback would be to provide some extra towels, we were visiting from out of country so didn't have any with us and because there's the pool, only having 1 towel each was a bit difficult to work with. Thanks for the great stay!"

"We were completely satisfied with this cozy little apartment. Great location, just a few minutes up to the cliffs and a few minutes down to the very good Coastguard pub and Bay. The apartment was very clean and there was everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There was even bread, butter, eggs and jam ready for us when we arrived - we felt very welcome. We will be very happy to come again!"

"We had a lovely stay at The Cottage! The house is large and spacious, with plenty of room to cater for family groups. It was a huge bonus to have a hot tub, and a play room as well as child-friendly dishes and cutlery. Would definitely recommend!"

"Just about the best vacation rental one could ask for. This is the first vacation rental that felt like a primary residence, not a cottage or a holiday let. The quality of the furnishings was lovely, good Egyptian cotton linens, comfortable mattresses, effective heat system that warmed up those chilly coastal evenings. St. Margaret's is absolutely charming, excellent trails, friendly locals, close to attractions and amenities in Dover. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. If only all...
