"Due to a schedule conflict I had to change our date of arrival - not a problem they said. We received an email asking us how our checkin was 3 days before our arrival. I thought oh no they got the change of dates wrong. Tried calling them on the Google number listed - oops it goes to a plumber. Tried another number w success. I did mention this to the hotel Staff so hopefully they have corrected this issue and have the correct phone number now listed. The hotel is under renovation so I could not give them a 5. The room was very comfortable w all the amenities you could want (fridge & microwave). The AC was cold. Beds soft. Plenty of pillows. Slightly noisy w the road right outside. Breakfast was the HUGE hit !! Bacon and eggs and waffles and oh so much more. Lots of choices. Easy on and off the interstate. Would stay here again. "

"I wanted to give my niece an experience for her 12th birthday. I also wanted to start a new tradition because we love ourselves a good tradition! Immediately, I thought a slumber party would be so fun, but like, elevated. A hotel room! I chose the Omni at ASU because we all work there and my niece is super proud of her mom. I decided to get a Mountain View room. They asked if I wanted to join the club, and so I did. It prompted me to tell them if I was celebrating or had any requests. I asked if they could put us on a higher floor for maximum impact and print out some pictures for her birthday with a note from me to be in the room when we arrived. (Someone had done that for me once in my 20s, and I remember feeling extra special.) When we checked in, they let us know we had been upgraded to a suite, we were high up, the photos were beautifully printed on a poster, and she freaked, just absolutely beaming! There are two bathrooms! There's a huge soaking tub! We had a living room with a tv and the bedroom was huge! The decor was so charming. We took pictures at every sitting area. The views were stunning! Then! About ten minutes after we arrived, room service arrived with a birthday cake and Shirley temples! We had the best time, and we can’t wait for next year!"

"The person I interact with the most is Jerrica, and I have to say she’s fantastic! Every time I come in to confirm my reservations, she’s right on it. She knows exactly what she’s doing and always manages to make me feel welcome. Jerrica is so polite and respectful, and she goes out of her way to help me with anything I need. I really appreciate her and just want to give a big shoutout for having her on the team! She truly makes my experience great. Everyone else is super nice too!"
