We had booked another 'resort' for the week only to cancel after one night. We were able to book a room at Tapatio Cliffs for the remainder of our trip and Savanah put us in the perfect room after hearing our stories of woe from the other property we had left. We encountered staff all over the resort and all were beyond friendly and kind. Thank you Tapatio Cliffs for saving our girls' trip! They noticed that I had left glasses on my night stand. That evening I found a lens cleaner cloth next to my glasses. They had also organized all my chargers and bundled them for easy use. "
