The rooms were clean and so were the grounds. They texted me a code for both the entry gates and room because we were landing after hours. The staff was very good when we had questions about how to get around the area for local attractions.

Room was seemingly clean, remodeling attempted, but lots a water damage in bathroom. No kitchenette supplies (glasses, cups, etc) just 3 styrofoam cups. Bed very rickety and uncomfortable mattress. Pillows thin and only two in room. Bedding thin as well. Staff was very nice, however.

No Access Code
Owner was suppose to provide access code 3 days before arrival. Since we didn't have it cancelled and work with VRBO customer service to find a new property. Agents did a very good job.
