"I wasn't able to extend my stay for another night they had me check out at 11 and return back 3 .when I had already made reservations so I would be able to stay in the same room. Had to stay outside in the heat for 4 hours"

"Bed had a huge dip in it and was squeaky with hard pillows, toilet seat was missing a screw, lamp shades were gross and needed to be changed, bathroom door was rotten at the bottom, bathroom walls & shower severely stained. Lots of police activity here. Waited over 20 mins to check in bc front desk was closed. If you really need a place to sleep for a night that’s convenient to a lot of food places & the mall otherwise spend your money elsewhere"

"Staff was rude when asked for receipt they told me I had it from the third party. I wanted to see the parking charges and the reversed deposit charge. The coffee in the morning was never available. If you know it is a holiday why not have two containers of coffee."
