"The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the garden barn. The rural setting is very tranquil, and the barn is spacious. The only thing that would have made my stay more comfortable is more comfortable bed / bedding."

"Just stayed a week at Astor House Warren Torquay. The first thing you have a problem with is deciding which is Astor House it is written on the front on the glass over the door but as you are going along looking and it is only one track because all the other side of the road has cars parked and people are wanting to get past you. Then upon opening the door you get an intense smell of old churches which is damp. Then the biggest surprise of all we are down stairs in the garden flat when ground...
