Lovely peaceful spot in a rural location.
Lovely peaceful spot in a rural location. The Barn was very clean and the scones and fizz were a lovely gesture. The only complaint would be that the matress in the double room is quite hard and uncomfortable but other than that we had a lovely stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the garden barn.
I really enjoyed my stay at the garden barn. The rural setting is very tranquil, and the barn is spacious. The only thing that would have made my stay more comfortable is more comfortable bed / bedding.
Really enjoyed our week here. Nice house for 3 of us, scenic views out of the lounge over fields. The house was clean and tidy and just 5 mins drive to Ivybridge. Wood burner added to homely feel.
Good pubs nearby (Ship Inn and The Anchor Inn at Ugborough were very good).

Beautiful rural farm setting yet close to A38 an 10mins from local shops.
Beautiful rural farm setting yet close to A38 an 10mins from local shops.
Very clean and well equipped. Fresh Flowers, tea, coffee, milk and cream tea provided were perfect. Easy access on arrival.
Possibly a personal preference but I would have liked a more comfortable mattress on double bed. There are a number of steps To get to the property.
It says no dogs which is a shame as would love to return with our dogs. I was surprised as there were dogs on the farm. Just so lovely to see the farmyard fowl and sheep. Lovely time overall

Lovely barn conversion.
Lovely barn conversion. Very clean and very comfortable. Finished to a very high standard. TV channels are very limited and the internet is too slow to stream. The courtyard garden is very private and a sun trap! We had a lovely break and will return.

I would certainly recommend this location and I will certainly go there again.
I would certainly recommend this location and I will certainly go there again. The barn is well appointed, equipped, very clean and the view is over lovely countryside. The chickens, ducks and cows in the small farm are a constant source of interest and the owners were friendly and helpful.
