"Very beautiful and clean house. Extremely family friendly with lots of games and activities. Loved waking up with a view of the water. And my kids really enjoyed the kayaks that are available for use. Host was excellent to deal with. Definitely looking forward to the next time we can stay."

"The overall space was nice for our stay, the rooms looked super cute and the kitchen was beautiful. The floors aren't the flattest though and little bugs would get in here and there probably because we are in a more nature heavy area. Note: the local area doesn't have much around so you'll have to travel further for activities."

"What a great place to stay in. My family and I needed a place to stay and we were lucky enough to find Emma’s Sunpine cottage. What a charming place . The location was great and the description on the web site was pretty accurate. The house was so beautiful and the place was cleaned very well. It was well equipped with everything needed. The check in and out process was very easy. I also communicated with the owner and it was a breeze. I highly recommend this place and I will be back in the future and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making out stay very pleasant."
Grandma's Farm on 6 acres with Barn and River Access

"Overall our stay here was pleasant. The A/C kept up with the extreme heat outside (a definite plus when it's over 100 outside). There was plenty of space for gathering, or getting away if you wanted some quiet time. The beds were comfy and all the bedrooms had ceiling fans (a big plus!). Kitchen was spacious and had most everything we needed (except there were no garbage bags -- not even one in the garbage can when we arrived, so plan on bringing some.) But they did supply plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Location was very quiet, yet convenient to everything we wanted to do. Note: Internet connection info is in one of the bedrooms upstairs. The biggest negative was communication with the owner. We asked questions a month before our booking and never heard back. Maybe it was an off time for them. All in all, it was a pleasant stay."
Secluded Farmhouse Retreat - Groups & Pets Okay!

"We stayed at this home for a wedding held at the Powell House nearby. There are not a lot of options in the area, so I looked into Vrbo. This home was 15 minutes from the venue. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, the home organization, ease of stay and communication with the owner who was very responsive. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us and more if needed! The quiet farmland the home sits on was so relaxing as well as the large screened in porch! I know it sounds like I may be related to the owner with all the positive feedback, but honestly, it was probably one of the best rentals I have experienced. There was absolutely nothing that this owner did not think of as far as accommodating guests to feel completely at home! Thank you, David, for your hospitality! I would no doubt recommend this home! Loved it!"

"What an amazingly comfortable stay! Clean, ample amenities, great communication. Beds were so cozy! It was wonderful to have my Client's grandsons, son, and gf stay with us for part.of our stay.We will definitely want to come back when visiting the area again!"
