" I've stayed here on two visits to Hanoi now and I've been really happy with the service, the room and the friendliness of the staff on both occasions. The staff all speak English and there's an in-house travel service as well as the wonderful VIT Travel agency just over the road. The shower was properly hot and, importantly, separate from the rest of the bathroom. My room had a balcony and a vast bed. If you want to be in the heart of Old Town Hanoi, this place is perfect. "

"The place is alright. Staff are lovely, the rooms are quite well equipped, But the photos are a bit exaggerated. As long as you can take that into consideration you won’t be disappointed. The only unobscured Lakeview is from the rooftop. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. Overall, I would stay here again"

"I stayed here on new year's eve. The room was large, clean and had everything i needed, even a washing machine, which was very useful. Great view o the lake from the balcony. Everyone at reception were super helpful, especially Alice, who was very attentive and she even gave me recommendations for my trip to Sapa."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was very spaciaous and had everything we needed. We stayed on 20th floor and was still quite noisy from te road noise. Pool area was nice but not used as quite cool in December. Friendly staff. Location not central for sightseeing but suited our needs."
