"The most beautiful hotel in the most idyllic Devon setting. We stayed on a wet and dreary February evening and we didn't even care about the weather. We played tennis in the beautiful gardens in advance of our outstanding 10 course tasting menu dinner with paired wines by Michael Wignall. The sommelier kindly typed out the wine pairings for us at our request.
