"What is so unique about this property is the fact that it is very clean and upscale. What I don’t like about the property is the front desk staff. They seem always overworked and stressed. This percolates to the guests when they are greeted. The front desk seem rude although they may not be but they are always overworked and rushed. They speak English but you can’t understand them because of their accent. "

Skyscrapers surround the area, and it's near Tsukiji, Shimbashi, and Ginza. It also is well connected to Subway and JR stations. The only issue I could think of is that it could be challenging to find if you don't know the area."
