"Perfect location at a ryokan-like hotel in Asakusa. You take your shoes off at the entrance and leave them off in the hotel, which is very traditional. The onsen were big and very nice too."

At the hotel, staff are helpful and efficient. The rooms are small but comfortable. After having stayed in 4 different Apa Hotel locations, it's safe to say that this is a reliable chain."

The staff delivered outstanding service, consistently attentive and ensuring our party felt well cared for throughout our stay. "The staff are amazing and exceptionally helpful. It is generously staffed with friendly greeters at the main door, and a person stationed at the elevators to help call the next lift. The rooms are relatively spacious, with thoughtful layouts, and self care amenities that are replaced daily. I've yet to have a bad stay at this property. "
