After checking out, I left my bags at the front desk, and when I came back to pick them up, they staff had attached a plastic bag with a t-shirt I had left behind at the room. "

Staff - horrible experience at front desk at check out - I scheduled online luggage transportation on the website link provided by the hotel - the guy did not believe me the company can take my bags to Kyoto - then he didn’t believe the service is same day delivery despite me showing him step by step how I did the booking and showing him the confirmation email from the company. He insisted to call the company and argued with them on the phone for 10-15 min, almost as he didn’t believe them as well. We almost missed our departure to Mt Fuji because of him!!"

"The hotel was nice but don’t do your laundry they take them out wet while you washing or drying no respect. Yes they have a code but they don’t care they just take your stuff out. We couldn’t wash until the morning of before check out and because they thought we washing all night since everyone was washing they took it ion themselves to remove our clothes "
