"Once we finally found the place (map directions on Expedia are incorrect), we did not have a code to get in. I think the code should have been sent prior to our arrival. We contacted the property and had major language barrier, took 20 min on the phone using google translate but we finally got the code to enter."
"This hotel was super conveniently located with amazing excursions all around! The staff were some of the most patient and warm people ever and overall provided excellent service that made my trip unforgettable! If I ever find myself back in Tokyo, I would definitely book again!"

"We love our hotel room, simple but cozy, very quiet and spacious, reasonable size for the family of four. It’s clean and lots of amenities and the most amazing view of the sky tree Tokyo tower. Thanks for the upgrade, it was such a fantastic experience. Staff are very helpful and great customer service. Also the area has lots of shops and restaurants with affordable and cheaper prices. "
"Man I can’t even begin to explain how awesome this property is. We stayed in 3 different hotel while in Japan and the sauna suite did NOT disappoint. If we ever go back this will 100% be our go to place while in asakusa. Beds were a little stiff but that seemed to be consistent across the 3 hotels we stayed at. It’s like 2 min walk from the Main Street where all the big shops are which was nice bc it was quiet at our place but we still felt like were in the middle of everything. Temple was maybe 5-8 min walk away. Absolutely loved this place!!"
"Wonderful front staff. Safe neighborhood. Public transit less than 5 mins away. Taxi easily available. Lots of great food options within walking distance"
"It is a great option, we just loved it ! It is surrounded by stores, restaurants, souvenir shopping centers, and the iconic Don Quijote few steps away from the hotel ! 100% recommended!"
"Everything was very nice! The front desk workers were always very nice and were very helpful with checking in. The rooms were small, but it had everything you needed for a nice stay. It was close to shopping and food, and even getting on public transportation was easy and close. Overall I’d recommend this place to anyone who is going to stay in Tokyo!"
