"The staff speaks incredible English, and are very thorough. It's in a safe location within 10 minute walk of subways. The rooms are nice enough, and our last night upgraded rooms for cheap. "

"the room itself is small but has compartments to store your luggage / clothes. they have alot of amenities like to wash clothes , to weight your suitcase and give you complimentary coffee and bread every morning. the location is perfect 11 mins from the train station that takes you anywhere from ginza to shibuya. the best part of it a lawson is next door and 4 mins away a 711. felt safe anytime will stay here again"
