Khaosan in Asakusa

"The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and accomodating. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay here. The room was very spacious, perfect for organizing all the stuff you bought at the end of your trip! The hotel offered laundry, however, very conveniently, there is a laundromat next door with bigger machines! The hotel even gave us a laundry bag to use. Overall very impressed with everything. Could not recommend this hotel more!!"

"Of course it’s small , that’s the usual size for Tokyo hotel rooms. However, Japanese style engineering maximizes it with smartly placed furniture. This room is comfy. Room is perfect location , near station and popular attractions "

"Very friendly staff, very well maintained hotel. I liked the breakfast. More Japanese traditional buffet. Evening free ramen for dinner. For the price of the hotel with so much of local foods near by in asakusa. This is my preferred hotel. "

"The breakfast was amazing, I'm not a morning person and I got up just for their delicious breakfast. The area that the hotel is in had so many great things around it, a huge Donki (don quijote) right around the corner, the Sensō-ji Temple, at least two malls that I saw and many many delicious places to eat. "

"We recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Asakusa at a reasonable price. The room size was fine for a Tokyo hotel and comfortable enough for 5 nights. Just needed to be clever with clothes storage. We put our clothes in neat piles in our case and were able to lie it on the floor out of the way. Its literally minutes away from the temple and we could actually see part of the temple complex from our room on the 10th floor. Lots of convenience stores nearby. Helpful, friendly staff too "
