"The best parts of this hotel was the location and the view of the city. It is across the street from the Ryogoku train station. Other than that the rooms were small. They only provided 2 pillows for the 4 of us (2 parents and 2 kids)."

"Great space for 4 nights in Tokyo. While it is not directly near a train station and therefore requires a bit more walking, we are a young active family and it was not an issue. Perhaps for others needing to be closer to transportation, it might be. The up side was a lovely, quiet and very clean neighbourhood and less touristy. Have booked the same company in Kyoto. Again, slightly off the beeten track from the downtown hub but great room. New, clean and spacious for a family of 5 (3 adult...

"Good size room for 4 people. The hotel is a bit for from the train station. About 15-20 minute walk. There is a closer one, but that line isn’t used to go to the main tourist areas. Quiet area. They have one laundry machine- do small loads because it doesn’t dry well "

"Stayed there for our second leg of Tokyo visit before flying back home. Cramped rooms but excellent location. Ideal for a couple or solo travellers, but it’s best to avoid if you are travelling with kids. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. The train station (Asakusabashi) is a 2 minute walk. Walking distance to Sumida river for a lovely walk. Lovely view from the roof top terrace. Overall OK hotel that suited our needs for the last couple of days. "
