"The room was "small" but very clean. Lots of amenities which we took advantage of. The check in staff was very excellent! We were there early because we disembarked from a cruise ship. They let us check in and leave our luggage there. When we returned, we found out that they already delivered our luggage to the room (like on a cruise ship)!!! The staff was also very helpful and patient with the many times we asked for directions. And last, they also called a cab for us and helped the driver and us load the cab with the luggage!!! What great customer service!!!"

"Great location. The staff were extremely nice. The hotel was very informational about Japan culture. The only downside was the Buffet restaurant, it wasn’t that great. But there were plenty of amazing restaurants walking distance. "

We really appreciated the treats and drinks available in the foyer as well as the very reasonably priced breakfast. The location was excellent and the rooms small but very comfortable and well designed."
