They were available when we had questions. Everything was as described. Being able to sit on the front porch in the morning and watching the sunrise over the water, then sunsets on the dock. Ah….close enough for an easy walk or golf cart ride into town. The beds were so comfortable. Plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. Thankfully, as we had a cold front! We would stay here again. It was everything we needed. Also, pet friendly. When we go to Cedar Key, we go for the nature of the west coast and this house met our needs. "

"A beautiful, scenic location. Sunrises are beautiful. Walking distance to town and dock.Beautifully decorated. Balcony is nice. Loved having 4 separate beds.The unit is on the 3rd floor. So stairs are necessary. Absolutely will stay here again"
