"At check in, the staff was busy with personal conversation, kept customers waiting. The room was wet, smelly. No safety lock. Dirty furniture, floor, toilet, shower curtain. Broken box springs. Lumpy, small pillows, stains and holes in the bed covers. Breakfast? Coffee, juice, cereal, cinnamon rolls. ..."
