No apology, no interested to hear - she wasn't rude or anything. But I think it will be nice to be a little apologetic. The bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable. The refrigerator was working but there was no freezer. It would be nice to have a freezer section. The free breakfast was nice, and they really maintain the dining area clean."
